Their genuine professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond in serving their local community has saved the day on numerous occasions. The day of one event, we had a last minute need for some unforeseen display tables – the problem was the event theme featured specialty linens, it was Saturday afternoon, there was no way we were getting the specialty linens in time. Brad not only answered the office phone, but he took the initiative to jump into his car and bring the linens to Coeur d’Alene himself to save the day – in my world, that’s powerful stuff!” |
